Southern Counties Archery Youth Tour 2023

The inaugural Southern Counties Archery Youth Tour (SCAYT) 2023 has come to an end – 42 shoots spread across the SCAS region, 385 archers aged from 10 to 20 took part shooting a total of 785 scores. The SCAS Junior Championships and SCAYT Finals were held on Sunday 24 September at Crystal Palace Bowmen with 100 archers taking part on the day.

Southfields Archers had a strong team of juniors competing and had great success winning a number of Junior Championship medals as well as being crowned overall individual SCAYT champions.

Sarah – Gold and SCAYT champion (U16 Women’s Recurve)
Mikolaj – Gold and SCAYT champion (U15 Men’s Recurve)
Sebastian – Gold and SCAYT champion (U12 Men’s Compound)
Ela – Gold (U18 Women’s Barebow)
Finn – Gold (U16 Men’s Barebow)
Yasmin – Gold and an outstanding score of 1058 (U14 Women’s Barebow)
Hayden – Silver (U18 Men’s Recurve)
Alexandra – Silver (U18 Women’s Recurve).

This is a brilliant achievement by our junior archers and a huge congratulations to all archers who took part.
